The Brief

Lack of billing, a rise in work in progress, and a reduction of booked chargeable hours was becoming a serious issue for one of the fee earners. The team leader had tried to correct the situation with the fee earner concerned to little effect. 

After a meeting with the Branch Partner in Charge and the team leader, Zambant proposed that a short series of weekly coaching sessions would be the most productive and cost effective way forward.
