The Client

Linpac is a multi location manufacturer and printer of metal packaging including aerosols, film canisters, cans and decorative tin packaging for sweets, biscuits and other consumable products.

The Brief

Our Brief was to update the working practices, in a very traditional labour intensive industry, to reduce high labour costs. The client suffered from severe price pressure due to low cost imports and high numbers of customer complaints due to poor quality of the finished product.
